QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH
Quantitative Research is the collection of data and insights from consumers and businesses usually in the form of questionnaires.
Quantitative Research asks questions like When? Where? and Which?, all of which give definitive answers you can attach values and measures to.
POSTAL SURVEYS
To reach those respondents who are inaccessible using either face-to-face or telephone methods, we can source databases for you and mail your target market with self-completion questionnaires.
FACE-TO FACE SURVEYS
We not only have a local fieldforce of fully trained Market Research Interviewers, but we also operate on a national basis, and can carry out face-to-face interviews either at street level or door-to-door.
TELEPHONE SURVEYS
For surveys requiring quick turnaround we operate a fully supervised unit with up to eight workstations. All telephone numbers are fully screened to omit householders who are TPS (Telephone Preference Service) screened.
ONLINE SURVEYS
Using the most up-to-date secure online questionnaire software, we can formulate, upload and electronically distribute questionnaires to your target audience. This can be done via a link on your website or via e-mail.

To carry out an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey tracking residents’ satisfaction with the handling of council tax and housing benefits enquiries over a 4 year period.

Liverpool Primary Care Trust
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Following the merger of three Primary Care Trusts into one, Employee Satisfaction Research was carried out among clinical and admin staff to gauge employees’ reaction to this very significant change.
METHODOLOGY
All staff were forwarded an e-mail outlining the aims and objectives of the research with a link to access an online questionnaire for them to complete. Upon completion, questionnaires were submitted directly to the Murray Consultancy for analysis and reporting.
OUTCOME
The results highlighted any fears or worries employees had about the merger and enabled the Primary Care Trust to structure their new organisation having consulted their staff about imminent changes.
