ONLINE RESEARCH

This form of market research is conducted via the Internet either by hosting a questionnaire on the client’s website or by sending a link via e-mail to a target database.

Within our customised Questionnaire Analysis software there is a ‘bolt-on’ application enabling us to formulate, implement and analyse online questionnaires. The questionnaire is formatted within the software, tested thoroughly and enabled within the Murray Consultancy’s or the client’s website. An E-mail can then be sent to a target audience encouraging them to complete the questionnaire via a link which was identified for them on the E-mail. Upon completion, the respondent submits the questionnaire, which then appears in the Murray Consultancy’s inbox. All e-mails are then downloaded into a database for analysis and reporting purposes.
