Over the last five years, ten pan-European studies have been carried out collaboratively using researchers engaging consumers and businesses in their own mother tongues.
Collectively the associates are known as Business Information Group or B.I.G.
B.I.G. has just launched an employee satisfaction study entitled BIG 20. The objective of this is to provide European benchmarks to permit a company within the UK to compare and contrast their employee satisfaction levels against a range of European companies.
