Upon receipt of the Market Research Data from the Interviewers, all data will be entered into the Questionnaire Analysis Software Package SNAP. Upon Market Research Data entry, a 10% data validation or verification process will take place where the quantitative data from 10% of the questionnaires will be reinput to ensure the data has been correctly input. The SNAP software is preprogrammed to make random selections of data cases for validation purposes.  

Market Research Data Analysis:

All data tables will be cross-tabulated by whichever variables the client would require (for example age, social grade). A full report will then be generated from the data tables which will contain a data table, a graph, and commentary for each question or part question asked. Also special multivariate analyses will be included in the report if appropriate. These will include:

  • Perceptual Mapping
  • Regression Analysis
  • CHAID
  • Cluster Analysis
  • Factor Analysis
